How to Use Realtime Controls in LiveLitigation

Customize your view, search the transcript, and add notes during a LiveLitigation event.

1. Joining the Event

Log into the LiveLitigation event using the link provided in your email invitation.

2. Auto Scroll

When viewing the transcript, ensure Auto Scroll is enabled to stay live with the court reporter's text.

3. Customize Your View

Use the Font Settings to customize the transcript appearance:

  • Display Mode: Choose between Light and Dark views.
  • Bold Font: Toggle bold font.
  • Double Space: Toggle double spacing.
  • Show Timestamps: Toggle timestamps.
  • Show Page Numbers: Toggle page and line numbers.
  • Font Size: Increase or decrease text size.
  • Font Family: Change font style.

4. Keyword Index

Use the Keyword Index to find terms in the transcript. The search finds all iterations of a word (e.g., "stream" finds "Streaming" and "streams").

Jump directly to the line of transcript where the keyword appears by clicking on the keyword and then a timestamp.

5. Adding Notes

Click or Tap on any line in the transcript to add a Realtime Note. This highlights the line for later reference.

Click or Tap the higlighted line again to remove or edit the note.

6. Reviewing Notes

Click or Tap the Notes button to view a list of all your highlighted lines and annotations.

7. Save

Click or Tap the Save button to download a PDF copy of the transcript.

Enter the Export Code provided by the court reporter to download the transcript.
